This introductory 30-hour tested course introduces participants to the basic principles of real estate valuation through lecture and problem solving. This course is the foundation for the other appraisal courses and one of the requirements for licensure. This course has been approved for 30 hours of continuing education with the Minnesota Board of Assessors and the Minnesota Department of Commerce. Note: This class will be a 4 day format. Exam will be Thursday afternoon.
