First Review August 30, 2010 Bismarck ND Deputy Auditor/Tax Equalization Director Applications are being accepted for the position of Deputy Auditor/Tax Equalization Director. Responsible for making appraisals of residential, commercial, & ag properties and maintaining complete and accurate records to establish valuations for tax purposes. Must have knowledge of ND property tax laws, sales ratio studies, assessment roll preparation, factors affecting valuations, and perform accurate and complete computations of land and building values. Must have ability to communicate and deal with property owners and public, and provide advice, recommendations and statistics to the County Commission.
