OBTAINING A MINNESOTA ASSESSOR'S LICENSE

 

The Minnesota State Board of Assessors is the public body regulating the conduct and ethics of property tax professionals in the state. Information about educational requirements for licensure and continuing education requirements can be found on the Board's site.

 

The following information has been provided by the State Board of Assessor's, please use the updated applications attached individually below.  Do not use the outdated applications contained within the State Board of Assessor 2009 Education and Licensing Manual.
