MAAO and the North Star Chapter of the Appraisal Institute will be co-sponsoring this offering.

MAAO Members will receive the same registration rate as Appraisal Institute members automatically.

 

Course Materials: NEW THIS YEAR: When you register through the Appraisal Institute, you will have the option to either download course materials (included in the registration price) or pay an additional fee to have a hard copy sent to you directly, prior to the course. No hard copies will be made available at the course.

Prerequisite:  Six months work experience and Assessment Laws and Procedures preferred

 

Supplies: You must bring an HP 12c Calculator

Food & Beverages:  For student, instructor and employer convenience lunch and a limited variety of refreshments and snacks are also included in your registration fee.


Scholarships: 
MAAO offers weeklong course scholarships to anyone that is interested in pursuing a career in the assessment field and demonstrates a financial need.  Courses eligible for a scholarship include Assessment Laws and Procedures (ALP), Appraisal Principles, Appraisal Procedures, and Mass Appraisal.   More information and a scholarship application are available by clicking here.
