Winter Housing Update Agenda

1:00 PM     Susan Brower – MN State Demographer will discuss key demographic, economic, and social trends, and how these trends may impact and transform the region impacting the work of Assessors.

2:00 PM     David Arbit – Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors will highlight the 2021 housing market diving into key housing measures impacting the state and region.

3:00 PM     Abe Appert – Executive Vice President of Multifamily Investment Properties for CB Richard Ellis, will discuss the state of the Apartment Market in the Twin Cities highlighting key performance metrics and give an overview of recent market transactions.

Each speaker has been asked to share their expertise on current market conditions as well as their best estimates on how these markets may change in the future.  Each speaker has been asked to present for 45 minutes and to allow an additional 15 minute Q&A session.
