Leaders with an inclusive mindset allow everyone to be brave, be humble, and be themselves. Inclusive mindset may require you to re-build, re-think, get out of your comfort zone, and unlearn some of the traditional ways of communicating and leading, and it starts with building a foundation of learning and continuing to grow from there.
